With over four decades experience of manufacturing and trading, we specialize in the production and supply of high- quality radial and thrust bearings and roller bearings.
We now have dozens of production and processing lines in our several factories equipped with numerous modern facilities. At present, the production capacity can reach 5 million pieces per month, 60 million per year.
The turning process is successively operated by our automatic CNC machines. We adopted connecting lines to ensure the stability of bearings, at the same time, superfinishing machines enhance the accuracy of them. We also have our own high-end heat treatment center to make sure high performance of bearing material. To improve production efficiency in the final link, w not only use ultrasonic cleaning machines to ensure cleanliness of bearings, but also ensure that automatic assembly is implemented in a dust-free environment.
We adhere to stringent quality control processes throughout the entire production cycle. Due to our attention to the roundness, waviness and surface roughness of bearing raceway, our bearings are characterized by low noise, low friction and long life.
