The turning process is successively operated by our automatic CNC machines. We adopted connecting lines to ensure the stability of bearings, at the same time, superfinishing machines enhance the accuracy of them. We also have our own high-end heat treatment center to make sure high performance of bearing material. To improve production efficiency in the final link, w not only use ultrasonic cleaning machines to ensure cleanliness of bearings, but also ensure that automatic assembly is implemented in a dust-free environment.
